FREE SHIPPING Le Noel Surfboards is currently offering free nationwide shipping on all surfboards, including stock boards and custom orders. This is a limited time offer and only available within New Zealand. CUSTOM BOARDS Once your hand-shaped surfboard is ready, we will contact you via email to let you know. Alternatively, we can arrange delivery for an additional cost. STOCK BOARDS You can either pick up your surfboard from our factory in Gisborne, or have it shipped directly to you. We offer shipping for all stock boards within New Zealand, with the cost of shipping varying based on your delivery address. Please note that we do not currently offer deliveries outside of New Zealand. SHIPPING RATES North Island: $90 South Island: $165

At Le Noel Surfboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your hand-shaped surfboard and it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that all returns must be in unused condition.

We stand behind the quality of our hand-shaped surfboards and offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. If you believe your surfboard has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange for a repair or replacement.
