The Vee is a traditional design base of the Evolution VEE bottoms ridden in ’67 by Bob McTavish.
This board is made to be ridden in all waves sizes from small days where you want to be able to blast out turns but still effortlessly glide. Or on bigger days where the added length helps you paddle around the line-up, hunt set-waves and lay down long power turns. The board has a extremely deep vee running throughout the middle section flattening of a little to help aid projection in turns. These boards have a very straight outline with a large diamond tail and a narrow nose. These all help in shortening the rail-line to gain tighter turns without losing planning area, increasing speed.
