The Single fin is a board that developed from the wild and aggressive down the line rail surfing that was seen in the mid 70’s.
This board is made to be surfed in waves with power and size, long points, hollow beach breaks and fast reef passes.
The Single Fin is a board that is designed with a even rocker running throughout the bottom of the board to aid in long rail turns and cut backs. It has a flat deck and is made a little thicker to assist paddle power and to provide essential flow down the line.
The board has traditional bottom contours, running a light vee throughout the bottom.
The Single is great for smoothing out your surfing and drawing those long lost high lines that were so key to the surfing done in that era.
